Approved! Since some of his Pokemon are bigger (Charizard, Venasaur, and Blaistoise at least)... They'll have to wait if Red wants all of them! For now, The Peacekeeper spawns Pikachu, Lapras, and Snorlax. Pikachu will spawn by his side but Lapras will be found swimming in the ocean while Snorlax is off having a nice snooze somewhere near the forest.
