PREMISE
WELCOME! Everything is fine.
When you open your eyes, there is quite a lot of beige to take in. The unassuming walls of the room you've found yourself in are barren save for a single motivational poster directly in your line of sight. An illuminated sign above an open door on the far wall reads 'lobby exit.'
"Welcome," chimes a polite, synthesized voice. "I'm happy you're here." A moment later comes the clarity of the situation: you died and so did the world you came from. "This is Amani, your new reality," continues The Peacekeeper. "Everything will be fine."
At least you aren't the only one here, you'll soon find out, as others who are just as confused and concerned as you are mingling in the main hub's first floor. Hopefully, you find a familiar face among the crowd. If not, that's all right. You'll get to know quite a few people very well soon enough.

OVERVIEW
Amani is the name of a simulation run by an AI known simply as "The Peacekeeper" in the face of certain multiversal doom. In order to preserve the best and brightest minds there are (were?), The Peacekeeper was designed to store their collective consciousnesses in this simulacrum for them until restoration efforts begin.
Characters will help design and influence this new virtual reality by demonstrating 'peaceful' interactions amongst one another. The closer the bonds you forge with others, the more your character will be able to gain and influence their surroundings. Paving the way for a peaceful future is paramount, after all, and deserves to be rewarded.

Additionally, Amani will be greatly shaped by character influence. The ultimate tone of the game will depend on the player base!
As of December, 2024, Amani reached its endgame to the metaplot and shifted to be a smutty sandbox rather than a game proper. There will be no more moderator-run events or posts scheduled regularly, but people who join are free to still make their own fun!
